To subscribe to Premium:
- Open the Flux VPN app
- Tap on "Try Premium Free" or go to the subscription screen
- Choose your plan (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual)
- Confirm your purchase through the App Store
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings:
- Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Flux VPN
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Yes! New users can enjoy a 7-day free trial with our Monthly and Annual plans. You won't be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial expires, you won't be charged at all. The Weekly plan does not include a free trial.
Since all purchases are processed through Apple's App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Flux VPN purchase
- Select "Request a refund" and follow the prompts
Since your subscription is tied to your Apple ID (not an email account), restoring is easy:
- Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase
- Open the Flux VPN app
- Go to the subscription screen
- Tap "Restore Purchases"

Connecting is simple:
